You will bend over backwards to make these for you family and you’ll want to quadruple the batch… they are. that. good.
I found this from the greatest Paleo book (in my opinion) out there…. It’s called AWAKEN 30+ Egg Free and Grain Free Breakfasts by Karen Sorenson of Living Low Carb…One Day At A Time.
The cookies do not have to be glazed… We couldn’t wait to glaze the first batch and away they went.. every last on of them… glaze still melting in the pan… But there was a second batch, as you foretold, 😉 and they received their due glazing and due eating… not one of those babies left! Now our most favorite of favorite cookies, the best ever!
Glazed Cinnamon Cookies
Yield : 36 cookies, Serves : 9
Here are my mod’s to the original recipe:
stevia to taste (taste this after you mix all together… I use a few
shakes of NOW Better Stevia Organic Stevia Powder Extract)
2 tbs coconut creme (also known as butter or concentrate)
2 tbs unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
stevia to taste (optional)
