Spicy food is something that we love in this family any time of year, but particularly the seasons of Fall and Winter. There is something about the chill in the air that makes me want the spicy warmth that comes with eating this kind of food.
It just warms on right to the toes, doesn’t it?? It makes your metabolism speed up which is also something that I am looking for! Shedding pounds is a great place to be… and to think that you can do that eating this decadent Mexican casserole! YUM!
