This was a wonderful addition to our recipe repertoire!
The sweet and savory medley in your mouth is amazing. The crunch from the apples is heavenly.
Tuna is a go to at our house. Not only is it cheap but super easy to use.
Snacks, quick lunches because mamma was too busy or forgot to plan. That is exactly how and why I came up with this!
We were out of mayo and all the mayo fixin’s. We only had a few things on hand and all sounded good.
Tuna Salad with Apples and Greek Yogurt ~ E
serves as many as you need ~ this serves one
0% Greek Yogurt
1 stalk celery
1/4 onion diced (optional)
Remove by tuna from can by flaking, to bowl. Add just enough Greek Yogurt to make it creamy. Add diced apple, celery and optional onion. Add a little onion powder, salt and pepper.
It’s that simple.
I love it on a bed of lettuce!
